Getting in Touch
The authors would be interested to hear from descendants of those mentioned in the book. There are no plans for a revised edition. Nevertheless, it would be good to hear of documents or other evidence which throw a new light on the content of the book. Information from branches of the family with whom the ‘Martin cousins’ in Adelaide have no contact would be welcome.

What happened to Caroline Bleechmore (nee Coombe), b. 16 Feb 1845 in Gwennap, after the death of Benjamin Bleechmore in 1869?
What happened to William Martin, bapt. 10 Feb 1833 in Stithians, after arriving in Adelaide with his mother and sisters in May 1850?
What did Jacka ovens or stoves look like? We have seen one stove but would love to see more.
